"CC" Close Caption TV
This whole issue of communication through the new blog has led me to make a discovery today. Reading the bloggs of my colleagues, I noticed they were talking about the news that featured a symbol "CC" and say it means Creatives Commons. I hope not to be wrong, but the acronym means "Close Caption."

Newscasts central TVN and Canal 13 have subtitles since Thursday
Since the transmission on Thursday November 10 close caption system will begin to be used by the news "Teletrece" and "24 hours".
